We walk our big project in Plentzia and La Salbaje (Sopela).

Rent services are started
Besides teaching Surfing, we started renting Kayak and SUP.

We keep growing up like a great team
We have exceeded 2020 and we continue to work together to deal with new projects.
Javier Bizkarguenaga
From Bilbao, 54 years old, but I consider myself of Gorliz, because I’ve practically half a life in the area.
I’ve been surfing over 40 years.
I am currently a professional judge of the World Surf League. I have been in charge of my surf school for over 18 years: «Uribe Kosta Surf Eskola».
I have travelled all over the world; Spain (Peninsula + Canary Islands), France, Portugal, Maldives, Israel, etc.
My favorite waves are: Mundaka, the left of the Iron and the marrajo of Wolves.
My surf and my contact with water is very focused on teaching, running school and surfing when I have free time in Plentzia Bay, Sopela and surrounding.

Markel Bizkarguenaga
I’m 17. I was born in Bilbao. I live in Gorliz, 10 minutes from Sope, 20 from Bakio, 30 from Mundaka etc. I surf since I was a child with my father at his school (Uribe Kosta Surf Eskola).
What’s surfing for you?
It’s a lifestyle. It helps me as a motivation in my day to day, relaxes me and makes me feel good. It helps me meet other people and places very different.
Define yourself as a surfer
I think I have a good technique. I’m working hard on improving my potency.
At the moment I surf better backside, on my back, than on my face. I’m working to surf bigger and powerful waves. I consider myself a good competitor, although with a lot of room for improvement.
